Another redesign for Bausch & Lomb. Looks modern & sharp, but from a distance, I initially thought these were small skim & 2% milk cartons
This could change everything. Honestly.
iPhones Might Get Automatic Location-Aware Ads | Technomix | Fast Company.
Well, I’m not planning to buy one because I can’t imagine efficiently typing on this thing, but that’s also what I said when I first heard about those so-called iPhones.
I’ve always felt the best way to make life decisions is to envision yourself in the future looking back and potentially feeling regret. In other words, assess the likelihood of kicking yourself once you’re a few years down the road. This columnist does a good job of clearly explaining this concept.
Don’t Work All the Time — You’ll Live to Regret It- WIRED Magazine column
I’ll be honest. I was initially rooting for Palm after they announced the Pre in January. However, Palm took a perfectly promising device and somehow managed to do all the things a company should not do when launching a handheld device. Everything from a perplexing choice of a carrier with <15% market share to an excessively lengthy gap between announcement and launch to a poorly chosen launch date to inadequate inventory to an archaic pricing strategy (no one wants to deal with rebates) to a surprisingly limited Beta app store at launch.
Now, they’ve added an ad campaign to the mix that’s confusing at best and downright creepy at worst. See for yourself . . .
This just might be the worst ad I’ve seen in my entire life.
